Ensuring Your Saw Has The Right Amount of Cutting Coolant

Here's a guide on the amount of coolant for Highland Park Saws:

Model 6 - Approximately 1 litre, so that that blade is covered 6mm

HighTone 10 - Approximately 6 litres, so that the blade is covered 6-10 mm

HighTone 12 - Approximately 9 litres, so that the blade is covered 6-10 mm

HighTone 14 - Approximately 10.25 litres, so that the blade is covered 10-13 mm

HighTone 14 Drop Saw - Approximately 11.5 litres (NOTE: This saw requires a pump to circulate oil-based coolants)

Model 12 - Approximately 9 litres, so that the blade is covered 6-10 mm

Model 16 - Approximately 22.75 litres, so that the blade is covered 10-13 mm

Model 18 - Approximately 32 litres, so that the blade is covered 10-13mm

Model 24 - Approximately 59 litres, so that the blade is covered 16-20 mm

Model 36 - Approximately 91 litres, so that the blade is covered 19-25 mm

Model 36D Drop Saw - Approximately 22.75 litres (NOTE: This saw requires a pump to circulate oil-based coolants)
