Here at flatlap.com, if you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, we aren't either. Contact us immediately (via email preferably), and let us know your issue and we will resolve it to our mutual satisfaction. We will either exchange, replace or credit.
We inspect all orders before dispatch to ensure our high quality standards are met. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied, then contact us (email is the best method and with a photo if necessary) so we can resolve the problem. Any refunds issued do not include the original shipping charges. Any return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging to receive full refund.
Goods found to be damaged from abuse, misuse, incorrect installation may not be eligible for a refund. Please do not return anything without making arrangements with us first, a Return Authority (RA) number will be given.
flatlap.com offers warranty in accordance with the manufacturers warranty policies and government legislation. Warranty may not be given on items, upon inspection, deemed to have failed due to misuse, incorrect installation or abuse. Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to customer provided notification is made to the freight company when received, of the damage.
flatlap.com's total liability is for the purchase cost of the item only, excluding any shipping costs.
